Rice as principal & G.P. Caver & J.M. Bird as sureties in the amount of $2000. J.B. Rice as Administrator of the estate of Thos. L. Gibson, deceased. The Letters of Administration (which should have given his date of death) was not filled out. Then on the very next page (103) was: Administrator's Bond, 27 Jan 1894 J.B. Rice as principal & P.J. Bird & G.P. Caver as sureties in the amount of $1200. J.B. Rice as Administrator of the estate of Thomas Gibson, deceased. There is a Guardianship Bond dated 27 Sept 1892 for a bunch of Gibson children, but I don't have any idea whose kids they were: W.T.L. Gibson as guardian of Addie, Mertil, (Myrtle??) Laura, Walter & Bertie, minors. [Letters of Guardianship blank.] Delaine
