I hate to take your time with legislative matters. It appears there is a senate bill, SB602, that has a provision to add a surcharge to email. I have not read the bill, but have sent for a copy. It probably wouldn't hurt to find out more about the bill and contact our Congressmen if this bill contains language that will make our research too costly for many of us to continue. S. A. Smith
