Hi I am looking for information about the following family found in the 1900 and 1910 Scott County Census. William Preston James was born: January 22, 1860 in Arkansas and died March 29, 1947 in Bixby, Oklahoma. He is buried at Bixby Cemetery . He married Martha Elizabeth "Lizzie" Hamm about 1879 Arkansas. Lizzie Hamm was born: December 1862 in Arkansas and died in 1929 in Scott County,Arkansas. She is buried in Parks Cemetery at Nola. Her mother was Lucretia A. Price Hamm. Her father is unknown. They had 10 children that I am aware of, five who died before 1900. Four of those children are unknown to me. The others are: 1) John Mikel James Born: 1879 Died: about 1883 2) Lucy Ann James Born: September 1883 in Scott County, Arkansas. She married William T. (Tom) Price December 15, 1902 Scott County, Arkansas He was born: about 1877 in Arkansas. His parents were J.F. and Margaret F.Price 3) William T. (Tom) James Born: February 1887 in Arkansas. He married Birdie Price October 11, 1903 Scott County Arkansas. She was born about 1888 - 1889 in Arkansas. Was she the sister of William Price? 4) Samuel Alfred James Born: November 7, 1893 in Arkansas Died: October 1931 in Scott County Arkansas. He married Mary Elizabeth "Bessie" White 1912. She was born: April 9, 1894 in Arkansas and died: 1972 in Oklahoma? 5) Tenny Elizabeth James Born: April 1893. She married James Agbert Hunt. I don't know date of marriage. He was born: July 12, 1892 and died November 7, 1989 in Scott County Arkansas, buried Hunt Cemetery. I think his father was Wiseman I. Hunt and his mother was Sarah Elmina Beam 6) Alvin Harmon James Born: August 1899 in Arkansas. Date of death unknown. He married Thelma Kilburn. I don't have marriage date. She was bornOctober 22, 1907. I don't know date of death. Her parents were Tom Kilburn and Mary Etta Maxey Can anyone help me out with this family? Thanks much Charlene
