Charlene, I read your message just before leaving for the Butler Center in the Little Rock Library this morning. While checking for Callahan marriages in Scott County, the name Chapell jumped out. I read further and this is what I found: G W Chapell, age 18 married Hulda Bayrd, age 17 on 22 Jul 1894 in Scott Co. The original record is in record book B, page 214. No other information was listed. The book in which I found the info was "Marriages of Scott County AR", 1882-1943, marriage books a, b, c, d, e, f, g.
