I've just abstracted and posted the local news from a couple more newspapers to the Scott County webpage. These are from 1917 and 1919. I will add more as I have time to do them, but probably won't post any more notices here, so if you're interested in reading the old newspaper items I hope you'll check the webpage every couple of weeks to see if more have been added. If any of you are interested in seeing one from a certain time period, please let me know and if possible I'll add it. The earliest available is one issue from 1887 and then on up to the 1960s or so.
