    3. Isn't that the truth. I can remember the huge meals my grandma use to make. Fried chicken (which I hated because I had seen her wring the chicken's necks), and all the fixings. All cooked on a woodstove. I do love chicken now, though. How I would love to see my grandma again, though through this genealogy I can see her in my heart much more clear and I think that you all must feel about the same about your grandmas and grandpas. Those women back then worked harder than we can even imagine, I think. Not that we women nowadays don't work hard, we do. But can you imagine how hard it was "way back when"!
