Greetings researchers, I'm looking for Warren Brown who might have migrated with family members to Scott County Arkansas between 1867 and 1870. He is related to Jane (Self) (Brown) Allen who was on 1870 census in Scott Co. Other associates include Powell, Lindsey, Parkers, Abbots, Meyers, Duncan, etc. Any help appreciated.
