    3. Charlene, I'm not sure what you have, but I'm assuming it's on a floppy. Try putting it into your A drive then go to "My Computer", click on A drive, then double click on the file. If it is a gedcom file, it should open your FTM program. Just follow the instructions, but remember that when you convert it to a FTM file, you have to put it on your hard drive (C:\). FTM files will not work from A drive. Hope this helps. BJ
