Hi. I have an Uncle named Willis Scarbrough. His first wife was Dilly ?. His 2nd wife was Lara Huie Scarbrough. I was told by a cousin named Bevie Graham, who is still living that Willis is buried at Waldron, Ar. Probably near his last wife. I can't get a dealth certificate unless I can get more info.
