I received this from two other lists. Cornell University has put the entire "War of the Rebellin" on the internet. It consists of 60 volumes in its entirety. It doesn't however, have an index. It does include scanned images of reports, correspondence, seizures of Southern property, etc sent to the War Dept during the Civil War. This is on both sides, Union and Confederate.
