However, it has been published twice since then abstracted by Gary B.Mills...first back in the 1980's and again last year. It is available in ONE Volume and the cost is realistic. "Southern Loyalists in the CIVIL WAR, The Southern Claims Commission" by Gary B. Mills available to buy in 1998 from Genealogical Publishing Company,, Inc., 1001 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore, MD. 21202 Library of Congress Catalogue Card Number 94-76034. Think it sells for the $30-40's range..may $49 don't remember.
