My great grandfather was Jacob Robert Crump. He was married to Jane McVey, Lexanner Thayson, and to Adeline Lawrence Brown in Scott County. His children by Jane McVey were Leonder Crump and Annie Crump. Leonder married a Blackwell. His children by Adeline Brown were Rufus Butler (Bud) Crump and Dovie Crump. Bud married Christian Ann Rose (mother was Rebecca Scott Rose). Dovie married John Clopton. We believe Jacob left Scott county sometime after 1885, but we don't know where he went. We would like to make contact with anyone who may know of any of this family.
