Hello, I am trying to research the Jones families from Scott County. According to our family history all the Jones who came from Alabama were related in some fashion or another. I am looking for help in trying to tie them all together. Does anyone have information on John and Delilah Jones found in the 1860 census Brawley township, house #8, family #7. They had the following living with them: James M. age 26; John L. age 14; Martha E. age 12; Josephine age 7; Jesse D. age 11; Franklin age 7; John age 19; Jas M. age 7; and Mary J. age 4. This is the order that they were listed on the cenus, which seems like a strange listing as they usually are in age order. Can anyone help me with this family? John and Delilah also does not appear in the 1870 census. Thank you Lynne Bates
