Hi Everybody, We are researching the Lewis J. Henson family of Mountain Twp, Scott Co, Arkansas. We believe Lewis moved with many other family members to Scott Co from Barry Co, MO around 1859. Lewis homesteaded there until his death in 1881. Lewis lived in Scott Co near Francis Marion Henson (his brother) and of unknown relation: John C Henson, Mariah Henson (Marr. Edward), and many childen. One of whom , Susanna, married the neighbor's boy, Anderson Blackwell, son of John H. and Sarah Blackwell. Any connections to HENSON, BLACKWELL, or GOSWICK families (Goswicks from _anywhere_) would be great!
