    3. Dear Barbara, There must be some kind of mistake. I have received 2 queries about genealogy and I do not have that kind of information. I am doing some research only and have joined a couple of sites. I would appreciate knowing why you contacted me so I can correct the problem. I wish I were that knowlegable but I myself am struggling to create 5 family trees and I am very new at it. I wish I could help you, but sorry....I can't. Please respond. Many thanks, Jovonne ---------- >From: MimmiKAR@aol.com >To: ARSCOTT-L@rootsweb.com >Subject: Clement and Mary Rogers Wade >Date: Sun, Jul 25, 1999, 6:38 PM > > >I am looking for information about Clement E. 3. Marvin, I was on the genforum for Yandells and under one of the titles of Yandel History one of the answers was a name and address of a lady in Calif. who still had Nan Yarbourgh's book still for sale. It was $50 . It seems that it was an entry for 1999. so she may still have one.. I tried to get the address for you but for some reason I can't get on the gen forum. It says my address is wrong but I got on it last night with the same address. Maybe you can get on. or try later. I also believe it is at Salt Lake Family History Lib. If enough ask maybe they will make a film copy and then you will be able to get it through the centers. If that doesn't work let me know and if you send what you need and your snail mail address I will copy a few pages you may need for you. BUT......it may take a while as I work full time, raise 3 grandchildren (boys -teenagers, need I say more) and am taking a 3 week vacation this July-Aug. Marvin are you related to Daniel Ransom Yandell father of Ruby Lorene Yandell that married Odie Lewis Brothers? Happy Hunting Glenda Brothers gbrothers@syix.com ---------- > From: Marvin M. 3. Terri, You are a lucy gal today. I usually don't answer on the Yandell book this fast as it takes a lot of typing, but I am off today and here goes. Let me know how it fits in. Hope this helps. Glenda Brothers Page 294 Says : 159 Thomas Yandell (William Jr., William ) B. ca 1803 in Mecklenburg Co., N.C. When he was seven years old his father moved the family to Sumner Co., Tenn, It was in that county that Thomas served as witness to a land transaction between William Yandell, Jr., and Woody Martin. From the age of his eldest child reported on the cen. of 1840, it would appear that Thomas m. ca.1830. This wife was Lucretia Boland, b. CA 1811 in Ala. Prior to 1840 , Thomas took his family to Ark. where they were reported in Greene Co. on the 1840 census. A daughter b. 1830-1835, was reported on that Cen. but was missing from the family when the 1850 Census was in progress. Perhaps Marriag accouted for her absence. From Greene Co, Ark. the family moved back to Tn. and setteled in Haywood Co. They were living there at the time of the 1850 cen. All of their children were named on that census, with the exception of the two younges, Menerva and Josephine, and their eldest day Mary Jan. Their childen were: 1.
