He was ennumerated in 1900 in PERRY COUNTY with his wife of less than a year. I contacted PERRY and CONWAY COUNTIES for this marrage certificate, but it didn't take place there. He also owned property in Saline County. I'm asking if anyone can research the marriage records in SALINE COUNTY from 1899 to mid 1900 for William and his wife, Netsey F.? Thank you profusely.
