This area became Grant Co in 1869 Both died in this time period. The probate was started in 1865 in Saline Co, the estate was not closed until after Grant Co was established. Would the records in this area of Saline co, Will, probate package have been sent to Grant Co. All I can find are notes by county clerk in Saline Co. I know the court house burned in Grant Co.
