Blythe-In my previous message I called him "Fritz". Sorry, a typeo, should be "Fitz". In the 1880 Federal Census, Maude (my grandmother) does not appear because she was born in 1881. The 1900 Federal Census also finds Fitz Blythe in Williamson County, Tx. Although he is listed as a widower, Sarah J. Blythe lives on in Comanche, Texas as "divorced" in 1900. At that time she is working as a cook at an establishment that also employs her three daughters, Mary, Jessie, and Maude. Sarah Blythe appears again in 1910 living in Throckmorten, Co. with daughter, Jessie (Stegall). I will call. I am anxious to speak with you.
