Leon, the person I need a marriage license for is Richard Herman Williams. He was born 1939 in Cleveland Co. AR. He died Mar. 15, 1999. We have no idea the woman's name, should have, probably was during the fifties. I am requesting this for a niece of this man, she lives in MS.
