Surnames: BIG ROCK TOWNSHIP/STATE HOSPITAL Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/0V.2ADE/2262.1.1 Message Board Post: Thanks Allen,, I did receive my Ggrandmothers death cert,,however,,one of the Dr's at the hospital must have filled it out,,because there are errors on it,,it doesn't even have the husbands name right,,and it shows her as being buried in Cloverbend Cem.in Lawerence Co.The cem info could be right ,,as this was where they lived,,however there is not a list with her on it,,so I had her added,,I tried to get her medical records because according to the Obit it says she died of complications due to a long illness,,there is alot of things that run in my family and wanted to know exactly what was wrong with her,,however when I sent off for them they said all the records had been purged,,'which upsets'me,,but I was told they only keep the medical records for so long and then destory them
