The Arkansas State Hospital, although re-constructed is located at the same location where it was in the 30's. It is located off of West Markham Street and adjacent to the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Campus. Hopefully you are not searching for burial information. My grandfather died in the State Hospital in 1930 and was buried in the state hospital cemetery. The cemetery has been relocated twice over the years and all records have been lost or destroyed making it impossible to find the whereabouts of his remains. There is a lady that works with the Arkansas Heritage Commission that maintains some records from the State Hospital. I can't recall her name, but I'd recommend you e-mail a query to their site for any additional information. Allen
