In regard to the name Belcher, that name was in Lonoke and Arkansas Counties. As the family that I knew of was in the eastern side of Lonoke County, it was actually closer to make it on to Stuttgart. Try writing the Grand Prairie Historical Society at Stuttgart to see what they have.
