Per chance you are interested in a researcher, I am senidng you this. This lady may be your best chance of ever finding out anything. The other posting about the death index not starting until 1914 is correct and in the early years, not every death got reported. Write to Sherryl Miller in care of the Lonoke County Museum at PO Box 873, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086. She will go to the history commission in Little Rock to search. She likes to see everything in writing especially what you are hoping to find as well as what you know that might serve as clues. She has been very helpful to me in the past. Sherryl receives a donation to the museum building fund for her efforts. This is her way of helping out. The museum is in great need of a new roof. Hope this helps. Linda
