Perhaps she did live in Little Rock, but went to live with relatives because of illness, and needed some family to care for her. She may not have been there long, and her check may have been still coming to Little Rock. I have known of many cases, where that has happened. If you send off to either place for a death certificate, it would tell something, I am sure, and would clear up where she died, and who was next of kin. Jackie, Since you have a complete death date and county of death, I'd order her death certificate from AR. Obituaries are only as good as the person supplying the info. In fact, you can order her SS packet, too. Hopefully, Carolyn Stratton can find her obit and clear things up..
