J Charley Hooper died somewhere between 1882 to 1890. Jereline Shaver Hooper kept a baby son, Ed. Thomas was adopted by Odom and William ( my grandfather ) was given away and lived with Thrower or Throur Family. I understand in Arkansas children were put under State guardianship. Are those files in the Harrisburg Court House? If they are, Is there someone I could pay to look these files up? PeggyAhern@aol.com California
