This is an attempt to start a "sister-site" to the successful "Down on Dutch Creek" site that Peggy Jokuti started last year at this time. I am using part of her post since my intent is identical with the focus on the locale just North of her area which was set in Scott & Yell counties. She & Barbara Reynolds are admins on this new site with me. They have been extremely helpful to me. I owe them. I have been adding some of the information that I have collected and would like to invite anyone interested to post their information as well. My primary family lines in Yell, Logan, Perry, Pope and Johnson Counties are George, McVay, Robinson, Jennings, Powers, Ringer, Bezzo, Moore and Hall.
