Bob, I searched for a James Watts Perry Co for those yrs and the yrs after. I never saw one. I did find a James Watts c 1838 in Prairie Co 1850 & 1860. He was son of Jacob and Millie. This James Watts died in 1926, according to several sources. Some say MO, AR & TX.
