David and wife, Mary Susan (FLETCHER) FITZGIBBON arrived in AR (unknown if Yell or Perry Co) about 1866/7 from GA. I found David on the 1867 tax list of Yell Co. and he then appears on the 1870 census of Perry County with wife Mary and six of their 7 children. Susan appears on the 1880 Perry Co census, but David is gone. By 1900 Mary is gone from both Perry & Yell County census'. When and where did David and Susan die? Where are they buried? Children were: Mary Catherine, md Julius Oscar BEAM 07 Feb 1867 in Cherokee Co., GA; James F. md Ann E. FEW 10 Oct 1878 in Yell Co; Elizabeth md Columbus A ABERNATHY 09 Feb 1874 in Yell Co. James md second, Sarah F STONE 04 May 1882 at Casa Twp, Perry, AR. Other childrens were William, Nicholas M., Margaret E. & Julia A. It is unknown who these other children married.
