Perkins "Early Ouachita Tax Records," for both the 1849-50 and the 1851-57 editions. I have located books at the University of Arkansas but they will not loan them on interlibrary loan. The LDS library has copies but also will not loan them. I would even buy them but cannot find a source. Can anyone help me find a loanable copy or tell me where they might be for sale? Bill Woodward
