Hi list~ I am looking for information on N. Potter Gordon who was listed on the 1850 Ouachita Co., Arkansas census. I only know that he was born about 1826 and he married Rhoda Barnes on Feb 14, 1866. Rhoda was from NC. Family history states that N. Potter Gordon was in Arkansas and went to NC because of family members. He and his wife went back to Arkansas for a short amount of time and it is believed he died there.
