I have information on his sons, one was my great grandfather, but I am trying to find his parents. They were born in Va. I found him on a 1850 census in Tenn and a 1880 census in Ark. My grandmother told us they had native american blood in that side of the family. She said they were in the trail of tears but that has never been proven.
