    3. Doris, There is one P. R. Purifoy buried in Purifoy Cemetery: Purifoy, P. R. 24 March 1824 28 November 1895 Rusty Purifoy contacted me about Pharr last year. He was not surprised to find that he wasn't buried in the family cemetery. He had heard that Pharr was buried elsewhere ( he had not found the cemetery yet). We still have about half of Greenwood Cemetery yet to survey, so Pharr may indeed rest there and we just haven't gotten to him . Keep your fingers crossed. I wasn't aware of the circumstances of Pharr's death or I would have asked Rusty about the details. I will see if I can locate his e-mail address from his relatives if you would be interested in contacting him.
