They are not on the main floor but in the compressed files somewhere in the basement. A librarian will call for the periodicals and they will be brought to you if you are there. It might be possible to order them through your local Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church. However, I am not certain the newsletters can be removed from the UT library.
