Hi everyone, I have been doing Arney, family research for 35 years, and I have never heard the mention of Peter Arney's Journal, have any of you? I was sent an email, who stated that one of her relatives, had seen Peter Arney's Journal, and that it talked about Peter Arney running away after being bound to John Fullenwider (Fulenwider), in 1787, to live with family in Virginia. Should this journal be found, it would explain, why Peter Arney left Lincoln County, North Carolina, and went to Wythe County, Virginia.  Where he met and married his Wife, Margaret (Surname/Maiden name, ;unknown). Now, the person also stated, that she confronted the family, that "supposedly" had this journal, and they claim they have never seen it. Has anyone else heard this story, about Peter Arney's Journal?
