I am sending this on in case any of you are doing research in these counties listed. If you send in a request to the county you may be a while getting an answer. Also I do have family in the Nashville area. (They are all fine). But if you were planning a trip to the Tn Archives. The Archives sets at the bottom of the hill of the Capital building that was hit. It is my understanding there was not a lot of damage to the archives. But I am sure there will be some work being done in the area and you may have a problem getting to the archives. Before making a long trip I would suggest you call and check on the condition. The areas that were shown on the TV that was hit hard are not far from the archives so this too may cause you traveling problems in the area. Kathy
