Smith, born January 1, 1878 in Newton County, Arkansas; died February 6, 1961 in Jasper, Newton County, Arkansas; married Mary Elizabeth Peoples January 28, 1900 in Newton County, Arkansas. who was she? iii. Stephen Smith, born August 15, 1884; died 1962; married Lillie Rosalie Peoples May 27, 1906. Who was Lillie? was she related to Mary Elizabeth Peoples? iv.
