Help: I am looking for several CHAPMAN family members and I am not positive which county they married in. The following are one family. The first one if the father. His second marriage was in Newton Co. ARK One of his sons, Thomas E. CHAPMAN, married Sarah Jane MCENTIRE in Marion Co. ARK. Another Son Charles CHAPMAN married Martha Etta James in Bryan Co. Oklahoma. But I am dumbfounded on the others: The Counties are: 1) Carroll Co. 2) Newton Co 3) Johnson Co. 4) Fulton Co. The people: 1) Thomas E. CHAPMAN m Lousetta MAINER (spelling may vary) before /ca 1866 probably Newton Co.( 1870 lived in Carroll Co.) 2) Elizabeth (or a varation of, i.e. Lizzie, betty, etc?) CHAPMAN (between 1880-1900) born ca. 1866) Probably Johns or Fulton Co.) and groom???? 3) Louiza/Louisa Pearl CHAPMAN (br ca. 1870) probably Johnson or Fulton Co.) between 1880-1900) groom? 4) Mandy/Maudy/Amanda (J?) CHAPMAN (br ca 1865) groom??? 5) Mary CHAPMAN ( br. ca.1868) Groom? 6) Thomas Benton Chapman ( br. ca. 1878) bride??? 7).William I. CHAPMAN (br. ca. 1878) (Nephew of Thomas) bride??? *. ANY CHAPMAN in NEWTON CO. ARK as I know that there are a lot of "connections" there to BRYANT, CASEY, FULTS, WILEY, VILLINES, etc....but need to connect it all up. Thanks I appreciate anything about CHAPMAN, particularly in those Counties. I had someone just information that BRYANT / CHAPMANs also went to GREEN CO. around the Paragould area,too. THomas E. CHAPMAN is the son of Andrew Jackson CHAPMAN and Jane/Janett/Jan ice/Jamie MCGEHEE/MCGEE out of White co. ILL. I do not know where they were when they died. ( Newton Co. ARK????) They had a son William CHAPMAN ,who I think married in Newton County and had a son Jacskon Price CHAPMAN ... A daughter, Eliza CHAPMAN, br. ca 1852, ILL A daughter, Lizy E.
