Her name is Zelma Garland. Her mother was Dora B. Cowan from Fallsville, Ark. She died in 1962. She was married to John (COLONEL) Garland who died in 1967. Dora's mother was Sara M.Cowan. She died in Talequah, Okla. in the 40's? She was married to James Cowan. John Garland's mother was Katherine Tipton and his father was John Garland Sr. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
