Good evening! I am new to your list and am looking for information about any Skaggs and/or McCratic families from the Newton County, AR area. My father-in-law’s mother was Lula Ellen (Ethel) Skaggs b: 18 May 1899- d/o Anderson Skaggs and Charity Clark. Lula wed Oliver Isaac McCratic b: 17 Feb 1887- s/o Frank McCratic and Sarah (Kathryn) “Sis” Underwood. Oliver had a brother- Marshall Lee McCratic and a sister whose name is unknown.
