Looking for the family of a man named HENSLEY (possibly John) who was born about 1846-48. He married about 1862 to Melissa Jane SUTTON b.ca. 1849 (she was 13). He died in Civil War and Melissa Jane (SUTTON) HENSLEY m/2 James Herd COUCH about 1866 . James Herd COUCH enlisted 1863 in Co E, 2nd Arkansas Infantry (Union) - a man named John HENSLEY was also in the same unit. I cannot find a marriage for John HENSLEY to Malissa Jane SUTTON or John's or Malissa's family. Does anyone recognize these names? Thanks, Richard rsoard@mindspring.com
