My grandfather is William Franklin "frank" CHAPMAN his first wife is Sarah Jane MCENTIRE daughter of Lorenzo MCENTIRE( and understand that they are related to the SnOW, PATTON , WILEY, MCPHERSON, EDGMON.....etc) and William Franklin CHAPMAN's father is Thomas E. CHAPMAN whose second wife is Martha Jane FULTS, sister of Catherine FULTS, wife of Braxton CASEY( her mother is a MCPHERSON, too)... And they are related to CLARKs and William Franklin CHAPMAN's son Married Mary Tamar CLARK, daughter of John Franklin CLARK( son of Joshua? CLARK and Martha BROWDER?) and Louisa( Louiza) Jane Bynum( daughter of Issac BYNUM and Jane ?)...and I think perhaps the CLARK family might in some way be connected with the CLARKs which seem to be involved in the CHAPMAN lives! Ahhh...I just keep seeing this circle and know that everyone is intermarried to cousins distannt or otherwise..just like they were up in White Co. ILL before coming to ARkansas...I just wish I could figure out my Mainer/Mainor/Mayner...or how ever it is spelled!!!( first wife of Thomas E. CHAPMAN) Oh, and BRAXTON CASEY and family members are buried in a cemetery just south of Shawnee, OK.
