Isaac M. Rice was b. Sep 1886 in either AR or poss MO. His parents were Laura Manes b. 1866-1867 who married 24 Dec 1885 to _____ a Mr. RICE. unknown first name. Laura RICE died, abt Sep 1886 after the birth of their son Isaac. In November 1913, Isaac was living in Newton Co. In March 1914 - he was still living there. Are there any records that could verify this? What cemetery is Laura RICE buried in. were Laura & ??? RICE m. in Newton Co? Did Isaac M. Rice later marry there? Who was his father's family?
