Hi, I am looking for information on my Grandfather, James Bryson Murphy. He went by a nickname of Jim Murphy. He married Mary Jane Hyatt. They lived in Newton co, Ar, for a couple of years. They married in Newton co, AR on June 30, 1894. He had a brother named Silas C. Murphey( we don't know why he put the e in Murphy, but that is what we think he did). He had a sister named Tiney Murphy, another brother, Richard Murphy. He had four Step Sisters, Vesta, Bertha Clearrenda, Alva, Jewel Murphy. Jim Murphy had eight children, John Wilburn, Royal Iverson, Margaret Elizabeth, Lula Mae, Ruby Iona, Alonzo Bresto, Beulah, and Alma Varnell Murphy.
