I've seen newspapers in some magazines that can be printed for the day and year of your birthday. I can't remember where I saw it. Can anyone help me? Can anyone help me get a copy of the newspaper for that county and that day and years for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. My mother, Ruby Louise Boomer, married Garland Oscar Triplett, whose mother was Charlsie Roena Tomas/Thomas. Some erroneously spell her name Charlsie Rowena, but it was Roena. My dad has a sister and an aunt named Ella. My mother, Ruby Louise Boomer first married Robert Allen Thorpe, and they had 3 children. I believe his family was from Virginia. He died pretty young.

Their son was Phillip Columbus (Lum) Hefley b. 02/27/1875 & d. 02-02-29. Lum is my grandfather. He married Amelia Artilla (Melia) McCutheon. They had six children: Eunie, Eula b. 12-13-1907, died in Fresno, Cnty Calif 8-99, Eunas, Niva, Athel (my father) and Billie. Eunie (date of b. unknown at this time) - was born in Newton county & married Ralph Kent. She had two daughters and a son that lived to maturiy: Rex, Maxine & Louise. (Rex died in a car accident he had two children: Denice & Markas I believe). She now lives in Bartlesville, OK. Eula b. 12-13-1907 d. 8-99 in Fresno, CA. Married Buster McCalvey (Uncle Bus). No children. Eunas married Bernie Bligh. Had one son: Warren Kent Bligh. Eunas lives in Parsons, KN & her son in Coffeyville. Warren had several chlidren, I do not remember their names at this time. Vietnam War & World. http://ehistory.com/ I have only had time to check out Civil War History The <A HREF="http://www.ehistory.com/uscw/library/or/index.cfm">"Official Records" and a comprehensive library on the US Civil War.</A> Then if you click on the link Access the Offical Records by Series or Volume this take you to the volumes of the books War of the Rebellion. Which if you know this series it contains many many volumes. I am going to caution you on this series..I knew a gg grandfather had been imprisioned twice in MO but could never find out why from MO. While visiting in TN I went to Elder's book store in Nashville and he had many of these volumes. I did find Series II Vol I that pertained to the area of MO that I knew this ancestor was located. I did not find him in the index but did find a man's trial listed in the index that was of the same area. This man told in his testimony of many that partook of destroying the railroad including my gg grandfather. So do not depend on the indexes to be complete. But this series is very valuable. Daniel and Mary Ann Daniel who lived in Newton County Arkansas from at least 1907 to 1930. Their daughter (my grandmother) was Susie Daniel and was born there on 08/21/1907. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I have some on Mary Ann's family, whose father was James L. Daniel (no kin to James P.Daniel that we can find), but would love to find more on James P. Daniel's side of the family. I am told he was born 10/20/1861 in TN and died 12/19/1931 in Pelsar, Pope Co., Ark. Thanks, Susan
