Armstrong McNary) family. I found somethings on different sites connecting you to some of the following people. If you can help me in any way....I would really apprecaite it! Opal was married to Jame Archie McNary and they had 5 children. Opal died of cancer, I believe, when my grandma was six years old. My grandmother remembers her grandparents the Armstrongs who lived around Bloomfield, Iowa or Drakesville, Iowa, and maybe Opals fathers name was Louis or Lewis Armstrong. Opal C. McNary's head stone says she was born in 1910 and died in 1944. My mother has that she was born in November and died July 8, 1944. My grandmother remembered that Opal's Sister was Maye and she married a Stogdill and they lived in Bloomfield. And Opals brother was Pearlie Armstrong. And another brother named Cecil Armstrong. I found a list of David DeLee's descendants that went like this. Charles Cecil Armstrong, Elsie L. Armstrong, Maye L. Armstrong, Opel C. Armstrong, and Pearlie Armstrong. My grandmother also said that two of the siblings were institutionalized because they didn't get enough oxygen when they were born.
