My oldest ARMSTRONG is William A. married Margaret DEWING son Galbraith Robert (Robin) ARMSTRONG b. 1806 d. Jan. 18, 1882, occupation: farmer Wife of Galbraith was Jane ARMSTRONG (her maiden name was ARMSTRONG)b. 1809 d. March 4, 1879 (breast cancer) Jane and Galbraith (went by Robert) lived and died in Moyard Benburb, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. They were members of Parish of Clonfeacle, Church of England. The ruins of the family homestead still stand. Galbraith was my brick wall until I received records from Parish of Clonfeacle that showed that Robert was present at his wife's death, thus learned that he went by Robert, I had been looking for Galbraith! Daughters Eliza Jane (my great grandmother), Isabella and Catherine migrated to New Zealand. Descendants of only son, Gilbert, still reside in N. Ireland.
