He is my g-grandfather and it has ben very hard to find out informtion. Children are Helen Armstong, b-1912, Mary, William , Lucille, and Donald, who died at 2. He moved from Iowa where he was born to Oregon sometime between 1920, where he lived in Polk Co. Demoines where I found him with grandma in census, it wasnt easy, to 1949 where he died in grants pass, Josephine Co. Oregon. He may have moved around the time of 1930, when is now ex-wife Iona moved to Oregon. He may have been Cherokee indian possibly half to full blood. He might possible be in the dawes roll, but I cannot link him possitively. He also had a son named Golden Armstrong who was 17 in the year 1920 and was living with Henery and Iona, also living in the home was a sister in law Nettie Snowgreen. thank so much in advance Tanya Peterson/Brown
