>From Indiana; APPLE CHICHEN SALAD 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup Orange Juice 1/2 Cup Apple Jelly, melted 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 3 Cups cooked, diced Chicken 2 Cups Celery, finely sliced 3 Apples, diced but unpeeled 1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, orange juice, apple jelly & lemon juice. Add chicken, celery & apples. Toss to coat. Season with salt if desired & chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with pecans. It is very COLD here in Indiana so I will wear a long wool skirt with matching sweater & dressy boots. Shirley
