    3. Pat, It's been a few years since I was lost and loster in the Tyler area. But I really enjoyed myself. Being lost isn't frightening to me; it's just another opportunity to see more! I've enjoyed seeing the Big Piney Woods again. I stopped at the native reservation and bought a beaded necklace: a red and white woodpecker. It's rather unusual and the meaning, which eludes me at the moment- too much fruit at Edie's- seemed appropriate to who I am, whoever that is. The aroma of fried catfish wafted though the air, and like the scent of chocolate, it benumbed my senses. (No, I don't usually talk like this. I don't know what's going on, but my guess is it's all that fruit I ate at Edie's.) The bluegrass band is really movin'. No, I mean it. They are really moving! They were standing on a red ant trail! I s'pose there's some kind of local remedy for those stings? I know that in the Marshall Islands, it you got stung by a sea urchin, urine was used to take away the sting. Anybody need to p...? That's okay. It probably only works in the tropics. Is that Mema's marching music? It must be... They all have traveling latte' holders! Wonder if I could bum a latte.... Well, I've sure enjoyed the visit. See you soon up in the Pacific NorthWest! Jill __________________ "Gypsy gold does not chink and glitter. It gleams in the sun and neighs in the dark."
