I have to cast another "Aye" vote about Gov. Jeb Bush's proposal re the changes in the library system in Florida. That $68 per circulation (I think that's the correct figure) sounds awfully wasteful to me. And I agree that it sounds as if most Floridians aren't too interested in using those books. Barb in MO
